Param Software is seeking a skilled CAD Support Engineer to join their team, dedicated to delivering outstanding technical assistance for CAD applications and ensuring seamless integration with Siemens Teamcenter.
Job Overview
This full-time position operates from 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM and offers a competitive salary aligned with industry standards. The role can be fulfilled on-site or remotely, based in the Greater Rajkot Area. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert technical support and resolve issues related to CAD software, primarily AutoCAD, CATIA, and NX.
- Handle installation, configuration, upkeep, and troubleshooting of CAD applications and their environments.
- Execute tasks related to the integration of CAD software with Teamcenter, ensuring smooth functionality.
- Manage and support the integration and administration of CAD-Teamcenter systems, addressing any problems encountered.
- Oversee user and application settings as well as environmental configurations within the Teamcenter platform.
- Analyze and solve technical challenges in CAD and PLM systems to prevent workflow disruptions.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, IT, and technical teams to efficiently resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation concerning CAD applications and Teamcenter environments.
Candidate Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in installing, configuring, and supporting CAD applications with a strong focus on AutoCAD, CATIA, and NX.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English for clear and professional communication across various channels.
- Experience with Siemens Teamcenter is preferred and considered a strong advantage.
- Capabilities in Teamcenter installation, configuration, administration, and integration are highly valued.
- Demonstrated understanding of CAD and Teamcenter integration, including troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience supporting additional tools such as TruFusion and COMPDM is beneficial but not mandatory.
