Role Overview

This position is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Riyadh. The key responsibility is to prepare and serve an assortment of coffee and specialty beverages to customers. The Barista will operate coffee machines, prepare light snacks, and maintain cleanliness and organization across the workstation and seating areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and manage payment processing.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality coffee products adhering to company standards.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed during all preparation and service tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the work area and customer seating zones.
• Engage with customers in a polite, professional manner, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Support team members during peak hours to facilitate smooth operational flow.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in beverage preparation, coffee machine operation, and basic coffee expertise.
• Knowledgeable about food preparation with emphasis on hygiene and safety protocols.
• Basic arithmetic skills for accurate cash handling and POS usage.
• Physical stamina to stand for prolonged intervals and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in cafes, restaurants, or hospitality venues is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
