Role Overview

Design House India Pvt. Ltd is looking for an imaginative and meticulous Architect to craft thoughtful, functional, and visually appealing architectural solutions. This role focuses on converting design ideas into effective architectural products while maintaining a balance between aesthetics, functionality, technical needs, sustainability, and project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create architectural concepts and design proposals.
• Develop drawings and presentation materials in alignment with design intents.
• Coordinate design specifics and ensure consistency throughout the process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-disciplinary teams to clearly communicate designs and resolve technical challenges.
• Review architectural documents, detect design and coordination issues, and suggest effective solutions.
• Maintain a high quality standard for all design outputs.

Qualifications & Expertise

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Solid grasp of architectural design principles, spatial layout, building systems, materials, and construction methods.
• Proficiency with design and documentation tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or equivalents.
• Skilled in transforming concepts into precise architectural drawings, layouts, and presentations.
• Strong creativity, analytical, visual, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with architectural detailing, technical documentation, and design coordination processes.
• Attention to detail regarding accuracy, proportion, composition, and design minutiae.
• Effective communicator capable of clearly articulating architectural ideas through different media.
• Ability to work well within multidisciplinary teams and accommodate design feedback constructively.
• Effective organizational skills and time management to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, standards, accessibility norms, and sustainability principles.
• Proactive, flexible, and professional mindset towards overcoming design challenges.
