About the Role
TekPillar is seeking an experienced Android Framework Developer to join their team in Bangalore. The position focuses on enhancing automotive projection mode technologies, including Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, by working on Android Middleware within automotive infotainment architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and troubleshoot various Android Middleware components for automotive applications.
- Implement new features and support existing functionalities for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
- Interpret technical requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to both software and hardware integration.
- Utilize programming languages like Java, C, and C++ along with Android frameworks for development tasks.
- Adhere to Agile Scrum and ASPICE methodologies throughout the development lifecycle.
- Maintain high standards of software quality, system stability, and ensure projects meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or technology fields such as Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
- 3-8 years of professional experience in Android Middleware development and automotive software solutions.
- Strong expertise with Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi technologies, and debugging complex software systems.
- Familiarity with automotive standards and development processes like ASPICE and Agile Scrum.
- Proficiency in Java, C, C++, and Android framework development.

- Salary range approximately INR 1,500,000 to 3,000,000 per annum.
