About the Internship

Join Myraid as a Recruitment Intern and collaborate closely with our HR team to gain practical experience managing the recruitment lifecycle. Proficiency in spoken English is crucial for effective candidate interactions and conducting interviews. Familiarity with Google Sheets will aid in organizing and updating candidate information and recruitment reports.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in candidate sourcing and screening across multiple channels.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking using Google Sheets.
Help draft job descriptions and publish them on relevant job boards.
Participate in recruitment events and campus outreach initiatives to attract talent.
Provide administrative support to facilitate recruitment logistics.
Learn and contribute to recruitment strategies to support company growth.

Who Should Apply

Individuals available for a full-time, in-office internship.
Applicants able to start between 29th July 2026 and 2nd September 2026.
Candidates available for a three-month internship duration.

Stipend and Benefits

Monthly stipend of INR 10,000.
