About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in field sales, focusing on generating leads, establishing strong client relationships, and understanding customer requirements to propose appropriate solutions. The role also involves maintaining detailed records within a CRM system and preparing reports.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospective customers and cultivate enduring relationships.
- Analyze client needs and recommend relevant products or services.
- Document interactions and sales information accurately in CRM software and reporting tools.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be available for a full-time in-office internship based in Kolkata, able to commit for three months starting anytime between July 2, 2026, and August 15, 2026. Candidates should possess relevant communication skills and a strong interest in sales. Women seeking to commence or re-enter their careers and fresh graduates looking for job experience are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
- A monthly stipend ranging from INR 5,500 to 7,000, with a fixed pay component between INR 5,000 to 6,000 and additional incentives from INR 500 to 1,000.
- Successful interns may receive a job offer with an annual salary between INR 250,000 and 280,000.
- Additional incentives include a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation.
