Responsibilities

• Handle customer questions and concerns through chat and social media platforms.
• Deliver accurate and detailed product information to customers.
• Conduct follow-ups to evaluate and enhance client satisfaction.
• Ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and courteously.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available to commit to a full-time, in-office internship.
• The internship commencement date should be between August 5, 2026, and September 9, 2026.
• Internship duration is fixed at three months.
• Applicants must currently reside in Delhi.
• Relevant skills and a keen interest in customer support are essential.

Additional Information

• Monthly stipend ranging between INR 8,000 and 10,000.
