Role Overview

The Online Assistant role involves accurately, safely, and efficiently picking and packing online grocery orders. You will liaise with various departments to communicate about stock availability, substitutions, and customer inquiries, while upholding a positive attitude towards workplace health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate and efficient picking and packing of online orders for customers
  • Communicating with other departments regarding out-of-stock items, substitutions, and customer requests
  • Promoting and adhering to health and safety best practices for yourself and coworkers

Candidate Profile

  • A strong understanding of quality customer service principles
  • Ability to make customer-first decisions aligned with company processes and systems
  • Effective team communication and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to remain on your feet throughout your shift
  • A friendly, approachable demeanor and positive attitude

Working Hours

The role follows a rostered schedule, including early starts such as 5:00 AM to 12:30 PM on Mondays and 5:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Sundays.
