About the Role

Join a global B2B demand generation company as a Graphic Designer focused on data visualization for learning content. The role is centered on turning complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals that help learners understand information quickly and effectively.

The team is looking for someone who can simplify dense concepts, tell stories through visuals, and create graphics that inform rather than simply decorate.

Hiring Process

• Applications are reviewed manually and assessed carefully against the role requirements.
• Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a video interview for the hiring manager’s review, followed by a test or short project.
• Selected applicants will then meet the hiring manager and/or interview panel through a live conversation, either in person or over Zoom; interviews are not conducted through text message or Telegram.
• Final offer discussions happen only after a live meeting or Zoom conversation with the team.

What the Role Involves

• Turning instructional material into visual concepts and storyboards.
• Creating static graphics, infographics, and course assets that stand on their own and communicate meaning clearly.
• Working closely with instructional designers to identify the most effective visual approach for each learning goal.
• Using AI tools as part of the design workflow to explore ideas, speed up production, and expand creative possibilities.

Required Background

• Strong working knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Good grasp of composition, typography, and color theory.
• Hands-on experience producing charts, infographics, and diagrams for data visualization.
• Ability to identify narrative structure in data and present information visually.
• Comfort using AI tools as part of an active creative process.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized across multiple projects.
