About the Role
We are hiring a Manual QA Engineer to support the quality of a B2B marketing platform that covers the complete campaign journey, including planning, launch, AI-supported workflows, and performance reporting. The product connects multiple tools and processes used by clients, partners, and internal teams, so this role is important for keeping the platform dependable, easy to use, and pleasant to work with.

Responsibilities
- Carry out functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and cross-browser testing.
- Check newly released features and improvements across different parts of the platform.
- Build and update test cases, scenarios, plans, and other QA records.
- Log defects clearly and follow them until they are resolved.
- Re-test fixes and confirm that releases are ready to go live.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, and QA colleagues.
- Join requirement discussions and share feedback focused on quality and user experience.
- Contribute to better QA workflows, testing methods, and documentation practices.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on manual testing experience for web applications.
- Solid knowledge of testing fundamentals and QA approaches.
- Experience handling complex web products and user flows.
- Practical exposure to functional, regression, UI/UX, and cross-browser testing.
- Ability to prepare well-organized and easy-to-read test documentation.
- Strong focus on detail and good analytical ability.
- Intermediate English skills for everyday communication in an international team.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience testing APIs.
- Comfort using browser developer tools.
- Interest in test automation and continuing a career in QA.
