Job description
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join 14Forty full time at our Amersham location, working a contracted 42-hour week. This role is essential in maintaining the safety of our clients, staff, and premises while delivering outstanding customer service. 14Forty is proud to support career advancement and values individual contributions, rewarding staff who demonstrate exceptional commitment.
Responsibilities
- Operate as a proactive and cooperative team member and communicator
- Monitor and regulate access to the building and surrounding area
- Ensure the effective implementation of security measures
- Maintain the security and safety of the site
- Assist visitors and the public with inquiries
- Act as a positive representative of 14Forty, upholding the company’s reputation
Candidate Profile
- Hold or be eligible to attain a valid SIA license
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability
- Demonstrate resilience and strong determination
- Possess a background in exceptional customer service
- Present a smart, professional appearance
- Show initiative and collaborate well within a team
- Remain composed and efficient under pressure
- Have sharp attention to detail
- Understand pertinent health and safety regulations, criminal law, and operational procedures
Shift Pattern
Full-time days, Monday through Friday.
