The ideal candidate operates independently, adapts to multi-time zone communication, and consistently generates a robust sales pipeline that leads to sustained revenue growth for RPR.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research target companies including national, regional, and inspection property preservation firms across the US market.
- Create and maintain a well-organized prospect database leveraging professional networks, industry listings, and online communities.
- Carry out proactive outreach using cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and relevant industry forums.
- Participate in or monitor US industry events and trade associations virtually to source potential clients.
- Evaluate and qualify inbound leads from various sources such as website inquiries and referrals.
- Engage potential clients through discovery calls to understand their specific challenges and operational pain points.
- Deliver tailored presentations and proposals that highlight RPR's service benefits, accompanied by customized quotes and agreements.
- Follow up diligently with prospects to guide them through the sales process towards deal closure, meeting monthly and quarterly acquisition goals.
- Act as the main liaison for new accounts during initial phases, ensuring seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to foster retention and uncover cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with operation teams for smooth client transitions and alignment on service levels.
- Handle client feedback professionally and escalate service issues as necessary.
- Monitor the competitive landscape, pricing strategies, and market developments within the US property preservation and REO industries, providing insightful feedback to leadership.
- Recommend innovations in service offerings or pricing in response to market intelligence and customer interactions.
- Maintain detailed and current records of client communications, sales activities, and transaction statuses within CRM systems.
- Generate weekly reports on sales pipeline activities and performance metrics.
- Continuously analyze outreach effectiveness and fine-tune strategies to enhance conversion rates.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- MBA or relevant sales/marketing certifications are advantageous.
- Three to six years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Proven experience working with clients based in the United States is highly preferred.
- Background in BPO, KPO, data services, IT services, or industries related to real estate is considered a distinct plus.
- Consistent track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Familiarity with the US market culture.
- Strong B2B consultative selling capabilities.

- Flexible working hours to accommodate US time zones.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience selling outsourced services to US clients with a focus on establishing trust in cross-border transactions.
- Able to work split or evening shifts aligning with US Eastern and Central time zones.
