About the Role
MANA ENERGY SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. is actively hiring a Zonal Manager tasked with overseeing all civil and electrical coordination activities for multiple new construction sites within Tamil Nadu and Telangana. The role functions as the primary liaison between site vendors and headquarters' Civil and Electrical Experts, ensuring smooth project execution until station commissioning and operational handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day coordination of civil and electrical vendors across the assigned zone, maintaining the correct sequence of tasks from foundation laying to electrical commissioning.
- Conduct frequent inspections of all new station sites, focusing on critical project milestones such as transformer energisation, charger setup, and regulatory inspections.
- Identify and report any civil or electrical quality issues or delays to headquarters experts with detailed technical context to facilitate timely decisions.
- Monitor the progress of statutory approvals including electricity department applications, CEIG clearance, and municipal NOCs, and escalate any obstacles.
- Maintain comprehensive zone-wide trackers on civil, electrical progress, and commissioning readiness for management information systems and rollout reporting.
- Ensure sites are only handed over to operations after all civil and electrical punch-list concerns are fully resolved.
- Engage in daily updates and escalation communications with headquarters.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in supervising site execution for new infrastructure builds, preferably handling multiple sites within a region.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong capability in supervising new construction sites.
- Experience coordinating vendors across civil and electrical disciplines.
- Familiarity with high tension (HT) and low tension (LT) electrical systems and civil construction sequences.
- Willingness to travel regionally.
- Disciplined in maintaining accurate reporting and progress trackers.
Additional Information
Indicative annual compensation package ranges from ₹6,00,000 to ₹8,00,000.
