About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Zoho Developer to join our Dubai team. The role involves developing, maintaining, and enhancing applications within the Zoho One platform, emphasizing Deluge scripting, Zoho Creator, API integrations, workflow automation, and custom solutions to improve operational efficiency across departments such as Operations, Finance, HR, Compliance, Sales, and Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and enhance Zoho One applications with custom development.
• Develop and optimize complex Deluge scripts and business logic.
• Build custom apps using Zoho Creator tailored to business needs.
• Design and implement workflows, blueprints, approvals, and process automations.
• Configure security settings, user permissions, and app settings to ensure proper access and functionality.
• Develop integrations connecting Zoho apps with third-party systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and custom connectors.
• Troubleshoot and maintain existing integrations to ensure smooth system interoperability.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to enable seamless data exchange.
• Analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate into detailed technical user stories.
• Advise on best practices and scalable solutions within the Zoho ecosystem.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and automate workflows.
• Provide thorough technical documentation and end-user guides.
• Offer second and third-level support, resolve issues swiftly, and conduct quality assurance testing before deployments.
• Stay updated on new Zoho features and product enhancements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least 5 years of professional experience developing and supporting Zoho applications.
• Expertise in Deluge scripting language.
• Proven experience building applications with Zoho Creator.
• Strong understanding of the Zoho One platform and its suite of applications.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations, webhooks, and interfacing with third-party platforms.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and data management practices.
• Skill in designing business process automations and workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience leading Agile delivery cycles including backlog management, user story creation, sprint planning, prioritization, and estimation.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to drive outcome-focused solutions.

Preferred Credentials

• Zoho Certified Developer accreditation.
• Experience deploying enterprise-wide Zoho One solutions.
• Background in financial services, brokerage, trading, shipping, commodities, or professional services sectors.
• Familiarity with Zoho Analytics for reporting and dashboard creation.
• Experience developing custom portals and customer-facing applications.
