About the Role

We seek a highly proficient Senior Zoho Developer to join our team. The perfect candidate will possess extensive expertise across various Zoho platforms and demonstrate a comprehensive grasp of business automation processes. The developer will be responsible for designing, crafting, and deploying scalable solutions tailored for a global clientele, specifically overseeing and delivering international projects, predominantly for clients in the United States. Excellence in communication and problem-solving is essential.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and deploy tailored solutions utilizing Zoho products including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and Zoho Desk.
• Build and enhance workflows, functions, and automation leveraging Deluge scripting.
• Integrate Zoho applications seamlessly with third-party platforms and external systems using APIs.
• Gather and analyze client requirements, converting them into effective technical solutions.
• Customize various Zoho CRM components such as modules, layouts, reports, dashboards, and blueprints.
• Conduct data migrations, system upgrades, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain system reliability.
• Work collaboratively across departments including sales, marketing, and support teams.
• Ensure on-time delivery of solutions that meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation regarding development activities and deployed solutions.

Requirements

• Between 3 and 5 years of practical experience in Zoho development.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Deluge scripting language.
• Solid experience with API integrations, including REST APIs, webhooks, and various third-party tools.
• Strong knowledge of automation workflows and business process optimizations.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Capability to manage client communications effectively, especially with international clients in the US.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple projects independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience managing projects for international clients.
• Zoho certifications such as Zoho Certified Developer strongly favored.
• Familiarity with web development technologies including JavaScript and HTML/CSS is advantageous.
• Experience in overseeing complete project lifecycle and delivery.
