Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Developer/Expert with over 9 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana. The role involves implementation, customization, and administration within the Zoho One ecosystem, including workflow automation and business process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and tailor Zoho CRM solutions to meet specific business needs.
- Manage Zoho One platform and associated Zoho products.
- Develop workflow automations and optimize business processes.
- Write and maintain Deluge scripts with preference for 7-8+ years of experience.
- Integrate third-party applications via APIs and automation tools.
- Troubleshoot CRM data issues such as duplicates and inconsistencies.
- Customize Zoho Forms, create custom functions, blueprints, workflows, and integrations.
Required Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in Zoho CRM customization, implementation, and administration.
- Strong capability in analyzing business requirements and converting them into scalable CRM solutions.
- Proven problem-solving skills to handle complex CRM and data challenges.
- Demonstrated experience integrating Zoho products with external business applications.
- Solid understanding of CRM data models and data management.
