About the Role

Join L'Oréal as a Young Talent Manager for Singapore, spearheading the strategic design and execution of initiatives to attract, recruit, and develop emerging leaders across the region. Reporting to the Head of Young Talent Management SAPMENA, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future leadership pipeline of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end management and execution of youth programs including Intern and Management Trainee initiatives, ensuring high conversion rates to secure future leadership talent.
  • Enhance L'Oréal’s presence and reputation on university campuses by establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with academic institutions, co-creating joint projects, and driving engagement in global competitions like Brandstorm.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion by cultivating a vibrant and engaged community of young talents that reflects a broad spectrum of backgrounds.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to conduct strategic talent reviews, uphold operational excellence in recruitment processes, and foster ongoing growth and development within your team.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of leadership.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in leveraging data and applicant tracking systems to optimize recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Exceptional project management skills coupled with an aptitude for building meaningful connections with universities and campus communities.
  • Empathetic leadership style focused on team mentorship, psychological safety, and well-being.
  • Alignment with core talent management competencies and a particular strength in managing projects effectively.
