About Miraval The Red Sea
Join Miraval The Red Sea as a Yoga and Meditation Instructor, where you will facilitate transformative experiences combining mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and holistic fitness to support guests in enhancing their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Working individually and with groups, you will offer diverse sessions such as yoga, meditation, Pilates, tai chi, Qi Gong, and breathwork tailored to promote inner balance and self-discovery in a respectful and inspiring environment aligned with regional wellness and hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct group and private sessions across various mindful movement disciplines, customizing each to fit guest requirements.
- Develop personalized movement programs focusing on strength, flexibility, mindfulness, and equilibrium.
- Lead educational workshops covering posture, movement awareness, stress relief, and energy management techniques.
- Foster an inclusive, culturally sensitive atmosphere accommodating guests of varying backgrounds and wellness objectives.
- Maintain alignment with Miraval’s mindfulness philosophy, integrating self-discovery and emotional health into all activities.
- Ensure safety, professionalism, and exceptional guest service during all sessions.
- Supervise the upkeep and cleanliness of movement facilities and equipment, reporting concerns promptly.
- Comply with health, wellness, cultural, and hospitality regulations specific to Saudi Arabia.
- Collaborate with the Wellness team to weave movement practices into broader wellness programs, enhancing guest immersion.
- Stay informed on current research and trends in mindful movement and holistic wellness, refining offerings accordingly.
- Participate actively in team meetings and training to uphold brand standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Support marketing efforts by producing content that highlights movement services and engaging guests to sustain high satisfaction and positive feedback.
Qualifications
- Certification in Yoga (RYT-200/500), Pilates, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, or related mindful movement practices.
- At least two years teaching experience in luxury wellness resorts, retreat centers, or holistic health environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of movement mechanics, breathwork, mindfulness, and mind-body integration.
- Experience adapting to a broad spectrum of guest capabilities, from novices to advanced, including those with physical constraints.
- Proficient in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to foster a calming and motivational environment conducive to relaxation, concentration, and personal transformation.
