Role Overview
Join the team as a Yardperson at Coates' Mt Isa branch, playing an essential role in maintaining the yard area and facilitating the safe loading and unloading of equipment. This full-time, permanent position offers attractive hourly pay with overtime penalty rates, operating Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload equipment from vehicles following established procedures.
- Carry out general yard maintenance duties, including cleaning equipment and facilities to maintain a tidy and secure environment.
- Support basic servicing and repair of low-risk equipment within a workshop setting.

Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a current forklift license and valid driver's license (mandatory).
- Previous experience in loading and unloading tasks, with knowledge of load restraint techniques considered highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding and dedication to following safety protocols.
