Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, presenting a remarkable opportunity for impactful work.

About the Workplace Team

The Workplace team is dedicated to crafting and maintaining work environments that are inviting, functional, and conducive to collaboration, well-being, and productivity. These spaces comply with stringent safety, security, and confidentiality standards essential to financial services.

The Workplace Experience team consists of operations and hospitality professionals who manage day-to-day experiences for employees, visitors, and candidates across over 20 global offices. The team handles facilities management, daily operations, and programs, including culinary services offering nutritious meals.

Role Overview

We seek a strategic, emotionally intelligent leader passionate about delivering an excellent workplace experience, specifically at our Dublin office. As a crucial member of the Experience team, you will oversee workplace operations, ensuring smooth facility management, employee programs, and services. Building strong collaborations with site leads and company-wide partners is fundamental, as is understanding local and organizational growth contexts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all workplace services at the Dublin office, including building systems, front desk, shipping, events support, and employee health and safety.
  • Make independent, well-informed operational decisions by assessing business impact, risks, costs, and employee experience.
  • Lead and mentor a team of workplace services professionals to foster excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and sustain strong relationships with senior leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams.
  • Engage closely with local employees to understand and address their needs.
  • Monitor and optimize operational performance, analyzing service trends and resolving root causes effectively.
  • Anticipate business requirements by integrating local insight with companywide objectives.
  • Formulate data-driven recommendations to shape workplace programs, aligning local execution with global standards.
  • Ensure workplace partners and vendors meet contractual and service expectations, driving continuous enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, and Integrated Facilities Management partners to oversee operational expenditures, asset management, and events budgeting.
  • Work with local site leadership to foster engagement, inclusivity, and connection within the office.
  • Develop communications and documentation detailing workplace policies and programs for employees.
  • Implement and maintain adherence to global workplace initiatives, adapting them to local operations.
  • Contribute to the Workplace team's objectives by undertaking additional projects as needed.

Candidate Profile

  • More than 8 years managing workplace or hospitality operations in dynamic, customer-focused environments.
  • Proficient in facilities oversight, vendor relationships, and budget control.
  • Experienced in cultivating partnerships with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing teams oriented to customer service and hospitality excellence.
  • Capable of synthesizing operational data, user feedback, and business context into actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Innovative approach with a focus on elevating workplace services and operational processes.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and Jira tools.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and detail orientation.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and translate global strategies into local execution.
  • Independent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable solutions.
  • Thrive in fast-evolving work environments with shifting priorities.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to automate routine tasks, generate workplace insights, and enhance employee and visitor experiences.

In-office Expectations

Employees are typically expected to be present at least half the time in the office monthly, varying by role and team. Certain teams, such as the Dublin delivery center, require full-time onsite presence to support user workflows effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from €86,000 to €107,000 depending on location and factors like experience. Compensation packages may include equity, bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends, with specific details discussed during hiring.

Additional Information

We encourage applicants who demonstrate passion, resilience, and integrity to apply, even if their experience does not exactly match every qualification. We value diverse perspectives and welcome candidates who challenge assumptions and are eager to innovate.
