Overview
The global management team of CSI, based in New York City, supervises four regional offices across the Americas, Europe, Japan, and the Asia Pacific region. This expert team combines backgrounds in law enforcement, military, intelligence, risk consulting, and security industries, operating in major hubs such as New York, London, Hong Kong, and Tokyo. CSI is responsible for critical risk management functions including Client & Supplier Screening Due Diligence, Workforce Screening, Fraud Investigations, Security Technology, and Security Operations.
Role Focus
The Workforce Screening unit under CSI handles the background check processes for all hiring types within the Asia Pacific (APAC) area. This team plays a key role in minimizing risks and safeguarding the firm against potential liabilities.
Key Duties
- Provide operational support for APAC and US screening activities.
- Manage background screening processes by coordinating with candidates to gather essential information and documentation.
- Collaborate with screening vendor partners to facilitate checks and verify data.
- Communicate screening results promptly to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Work closely with Business Units, Client Onboarding, and HR departments to ensure smooth screening workflows.
Qualifications and Skills
- Preferably a graduate or postgraduate with at least two years’ experience in screening or related industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to engage effectively within a culturally diverse workplace.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
