Job description
Role Overview
The Workforce Analytics Officer will spearhead workforce planning and analytical activities to support effective talent management, optimize labor expenses, and facilitate data-driven decisions throughout Emarat. This position requires managing workforce budgeting, headcount forecasting, organizing structural reviews, and creating dashboards and reports that highlight strategic HR metrics including turnover rates, nationalization progress, vacancy levels, and workforce dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
The officer will collaborate extensively with Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance, and IT departments to guarantee that workforce strategies are synchronized with organizational priorities, fiscal guidelines, and operational demands.
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a closely related discipline.
- Between three to five years of professional experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, or a closely related function.
- Experience within the energy or petroleum industries is favored.
