About the Role

As a Workday Talent/Learning Consultant, you'll join a dynamic team delivering enterprise-scale Workday deployments globally, with opportunities to lead project workstreams and influence customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Workday Talent and Learning modules for diverse global clients.
- Lead functional workstreams across full project lifecycles, ensuring client requirements are met with fit-for-purpose and commercially viable solutions.
- Forge and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, understanding client needs, and managing expectations effectively.
- Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing to junior team members.
- Work collaboratively across Workday delivery services, including Consulting and Application Management Services, adapting to rotating roles as needed.
- Support commercial objectives by balancing project timelines, customer demands, and organizational utilization targets.
- Travel occasionally within the region to client sites as required.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Certified in Workday HCM with a focus on Learning and/or Talent modules.
- Demonstrates excellent customer orientation with skills to assess needs, build relationships, escalate when necessary, and exceed expectations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills enabling impactful presentations to senior stakeholders, including in remote settings.
- Strong commercial acumen with a thorough understanding of business and project dynamics.
- Able to make timely, balanced decisions under deadline pressure while considering customer satisfaction and company interests.
- Experience in leading prime implementation workstreams through end-to-end delivery.
- Understanding of utilization metrics in services organizations and their importance.
- Willingness to travel regionally for client engagements, with limited out-of-region travel possible.
Desirable Qualifications
- Additional professional certifications relevant to your area of expertise.
- Experience supporting post-deployment Workday services.
