Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Specialist to join our team at Infinity Quest in Glasgow, Scotland. This permanent position requires 7-10 years of experience, and the role focuses on Workday integrations, particularly PECI Integration within a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Develop and support Workday integration solutions including PECI, PICOF, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio tools.
- Utilize Workday Web Services and create Calculated Fields to enhance functionality.
- Apply expertise in XSLT/XML for data transformation and integration processes.
- Possess a strong understanding of payroll processes and employee lifecycle transactions to ensure seamless integration.
- Diagnose and resolve payroll integration issues efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Workday Integration is highly desirable.
- Experience working with Global Payroll systems or third-party payroll vendors such as ADP, Ceridian, or Workday Payroll.
- Familiarity with additional Workday modules including HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Time Tracking.
- Background in AMS or Production Support environments.
