Workday Integration Consultant

Role Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will bring over 8 years of professional experience with at least 5.5 years dedicated to Workday technologies and implementations. This role demands hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying Workday integrations and custom reports, along with strong skills in XML and Java.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute full-cycle Workday integration implementations focusing on Workday Studio and Integration tools.
• Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) and Core Connectors.
• Design and generate custom reports using BIRT Reporting framework, Report Writer, Worksheets, and Calculated Fields.
• Implement and manage SOAP, REST, WSDL-based web services for seamless integration with third-party systems.
• Develop Workday dashboards and custom reports to meet organizational requirements.
• Manage Workday security configurations, auditing mechanisms, and system monitoring processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience with at least 5.5 years specializing in Workday integration projects.
• Proven experience in managing at least one complete Workday implementation lifecycle.
• Strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Hands-on knowledge of BIRT reporting, SOAP/REST web services, XML, and Java programming.
• Familiarity with Workday security setup, auditing, and monitoring.
• Excellent analytical abilities combined with strong communication skills.

Additional Information

• Position is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and requires onsite presence.
• Notice period: Immediate to 30 days.
• Compensation: Up to ₹37,00,000 per annum.
• Interview date: 19th September 2026 (Saturday) at Bangalore location.
