Job Overview

We are in search of an experienced Architect with 4 to 6 years' expertise in Workday HCM and Workday Cloud HCM Security to join our team. This hybrid role involves designing and implementing innovative solutions aimed at improving HR systems, safeguarding sensitive data, enhancing user experience, and aligning with the strategic objectives of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Workday HCM solutions that streamline HR operations and boost overall productivity.
• Work closely with HR and IT departments to gather business requirements and convert them into detailed technical designs.
• Implement stringent security measures to protect Workday Cloud HCM systems.
• Provide expert technical support throughout system deployment and ongoing maintenance phases.
• Conduct systematic audits to verify data accuracy and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Create and update comprehensive documentation covering system configurations, workflows, and protocols.
• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges related to Workday HCM swiftly to minimize operational disruption.
• Keep abreast of recent Workday HCM features and functionalities to propose and apply upgrades.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect feedback and continuously refine the system.
• Enhance system efficiency by monitoring usage trends and applying necessary optimizations.
• Facilitate end-user training and support for effective system utilization.
• Partner with vendors and external agencies to ensure smooth Workday HCM integration with other platforms.
