Role Overview

This position involves leading post-deployment Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation initiatives, configuring enterprise Workday solutions tailored to client requirements. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery and continuous improvement within Kainos' Workday practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead post-deployment activities related to Workday Compensation implementations.
• Customize and optimize Workday compensation modules to meet customer needs.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and client stakeholders to guarantee successful outcomes.
• Provide expert advice and support on Compensation modules.
• Engage in ongoing enhancement efforts within the Workday service offering.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Workday HCM and Compensation, including Advanced Compensation modules or equivalent systems.
• Strong customer focus, capable of understanding client needs, fostering relationships, and managing expectations effectively, including knowing when to escalate or exceed expectations.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage both clients and colleagues with credibility and empathy, including presenting formally to senior client audiences remotely.
• Sound commercial awareness with comprehensive understanding of project and business dynamics.
• Wide-ranging understanding of business processes, technology trends in Human Resource management, Financials, Enterprise Resource Planning, or Payroll.
• Ability to perform under pressure, meeting deadlines while balancing client demands with company priorities.
• Capability to lead functional workstreams across full project lifecycles on primary implementations.
• Willingness and aptitude to mentor or line manage junior consultants and act as a role model.
• Flexibility to rotate across various Workday delivery services, including Consulting and Application Management Services.
