Openings include positions as Wireman – Fiber Technician with own bike and Wireman – Fiber Helper, both offering opportunities for freshers and experienced individuals. Job Responsibilities

• Install and maintain fiber optic broadband connections across customer locations.
• Perform fiber cable laying, wiring, and basic troubleshooting tasks.
• Attend customer sites to install and service equipment as required.
• Resolve straightforward connectivity and cable-related problems efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of field assignments.
• Assist technicians by carrying tools and materials and supporting repair activities in the helper role.
• Follow prescribed safety practices and supervisors' guidelines during fieldwork.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience level: suitable for freshers with up to 1 year experience or candidates with over 1 year experience.
• Prefer candidates with knowledge or interest in fiber optics, telecom, wiring, or electrical work.
• Physical fitness and willingness to work in outdoor field conditions are important.
• For the Wireman - Fiber Technician role, owning a bike is mandatory; a valid driving license is preferred.

Compensation Details

• Fresher salary range: ₹21,500 to ₹23,000 per month.
• Experienced salary range (more than 1 year): ₹24,000 to ₹29,000 per month.
• Additional bike allowance of ₹1,500 for eligible candidates in the technician role.
