Role Responsibilities
- Engage with customers shopping at Loblaw stores, offering mobile, home, and business solutions from major brands such as Bell, Virgin Plus, Lucky, Rogers, PC Mobile, Fido, and Chatr Mobile.
- Promote the benefits of Canada’s leading loyalty program PC Optimum, helping customers accumulate and redeem points for savings.
- Develop expertise in carrier offerings, promotions, pricing, and industry trends to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Lead and inspire a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to meet sales goals by providing coaching, training, and ongoing development.
Candidate Profile
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for team leadership and customer relationship building.
- Eager to learn and progress within a reputable industry leader.
- Availability to work full-time hours, including weekends and evenings.
