Position Overview

We seek a highly experienced Windows L3 Run Expert to join our team, responsible for managing and maintaining critical Windows environments, especially within financial institutions. This role demands deep technical knowledge, problem-solving capabilities, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s or engineering degree.
• Possess between 8 to 10 years of experience managing Windows systems, with 3 to 5 years in financial sector environments.
• Act as a subject matter expert on core technologies including Windows OS, Hyper-V, and Failover Clustering.
• Advantageous to have familiarity with VMware technologies such as vSphere, vCenter, VROPS, and VRLI.
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise with HPE hardware platforms including DL, Synergy, Simplivity, and Alletra series.
• Proficient in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, and workflow integration tools.
• Experienced in patch management tools and Active Directory operations.
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that span multiple technologies and domains.
• Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and logical reasoning skills.
• Display a strong customer service mindset and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
