Role Responsibilities

• Demonstrate specialized knowledge in Windows Autopilot deployment strategies.
• Administer and configure Microsoft Intune components including Configuration Profiles, Compliance, and Application management.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, focusing on device join, hybrid join, and Conditional Access policies.
• Possess a solid understanding of provisioning and readiness procedures for Windows 10 and Windows 11 systems.
• Implement and monitor endpoint security technologies such as BitLocker encryption, Microsoft Defender, and Attack Surface Reduction (ASR) rules.
• Understand and apply co-management tactics combining SCCM and Intune for streamlined device management.
• Develop PowerShell scripts aimed at automation processes and troubleshooting diagnostics efficiently.
• Utilize IT service management platforms like ServiceNow or equivalent tools to support operational workflows.
• Adhere to ITIL framework for Incident, Change, and Problem Management practices within the IT environment.
• Contribute to audits, compliance efforts, and security assessments to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Experience working in environments that are regulated, retail-based, or involve distributed device deployments.
