About the Role
Seed Heritage is seeking a skilled and dedicated Window Display Assistant to become a vital part of our Visual Merchandising team, focusing on maintaining exceptional display standards across multiple stores and concession areas in Brisbane. This role ensures consistent visual merchandising excellence that elevates the brand's presentation and shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and install in-store and window visual merchandising concepts as designed.
- Interpret and apply in-store visual merchandising guidelines consistently.
- Maintain high standards for visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Collaborate with store management to identify merchandising opportunities that drive sales growth.
- Execute flawless window presentations through precise installation, stock updates, and upkeep of display windows.
- Monitor assigned stores for visual excellence, providing photographic and verbal feedback to store managers.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a minimum of one year of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within fashion apparel.
- Experienced in assembling and styling complex, prop-heavy window and in-store displays.
- Demonstrated strong skills in time management, organization, and communication.
- Capable of working effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Highly attentive to detail with a genuine passion for visual merchandising.
- Must hold a current driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle.
