Job Overview
Join Fish Window Cleaning as a Window Cleaning Technician where you'll clean windows on commercial and residential buildings up to three stories tall using ground-level and ladder-based methods. This role does not involve high-rise work, night shifts, weekends, or holidays, providing a stable and predictable schedule.
Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior window cleaning on buildings three stories or lower.
- Use ladders for some residential cleaning tasks safely.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude.
- Travel to service locations such as Fremont, Newark, Hayward, Union City, and Milpitas.
Requirements
- Possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current car insurance, all mandatory for this role.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive paid training is provided.
Schedule & Compensation
- Work Monday through Friday, from morning to early afternoon.
- Earn between $18 to $30 per hour based on performance, with most technicians reaching the higher range within 90 days.
- Positions available for full-time or part-time year-round employment.
