About the Role
Fish Window Cleaning, the leading national provider of commercial and residential window cleaning, is seeking full-time General Labor Window Cleaners in the South County area near St. Louis, MO. This role offers ground-level work with no high-rise involvement, custom-made to suit those transitioning from construction, warehouse, hospitality, retail, or customer service backgrounds.
Work Hours and Compensation
The standard working hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM with an option to pursue extra work during weekends for additional income—completely optional based on your motivation. Finishing work before 3:30 PM means you can leave early. After initial training, cleaners typically earn between $17 and $25 or more per hour year-round.
Training and Requirements
No prior experience is needed. You will receive two weeks of paid training at $17.00 per hour. To qualify for an interview, you must provide:
- A valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to and from the office
- Valid vehicle insurance
Candidates without these documents will not be considered.
