Job Overview

As a Busser at Flanigan's Enterprises in Wellington, FL, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth dining operations by maintaining cleanliness and readiness of dining, bar, and patio areas. Your support will be vital to delivering an excellent guest experience alongside servers, bartenders, and other team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and procedural protocols set by the company
• Promptly reset and clean tables for incoming guests
• Assist guests by clearing dishes, glassware, and other items
• Remove trash and debris from floors in bar and dining areas
• Keep restrooms, parking lots, patio, and waiting zones clean and orderly
• Ensure sanitation of all high chairs and booster seats
• Perform assigned sidework, opening, closing, and shift change duties
• Frequently reach, bend, and stoop as required during duties
• Lift loads up to 50 lbs. and safely store items on high shelves and in coolers/freezers
• Operate in varying conditions including damp and high temperature indoor environments and some outdoor work
• Successfully complete and maintain certifications for Florida Responsible Vendor and food safety programs as mandated by Flanigan's and Florida law
• Communicate effectively in English (speaking, reading, writing)

• Five-day workweek schedule
• Paid vacation allotment starts at one week after the first year, increasing to two weeks after two years and three weeks after ten years of service
