Role Overview

As an ID Checker at Flanigan's Enterprises, you will play a key role in supporting our bartenders, servers, assistant managers, and the entire team by ensuring compliance with Florida State regulations. The position calls for a friendly, vigilant individual who helps maintain the welcoming and warm atmosphere that defines Flanigan's.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise activities within the restaurant to ensure order and compliance.
• Support management staff as necessary.
• Effectively communicate through clear speech, attentive listening, and proficient English reading and writing.
• Maintain mobility and stamina to stand and move briskly for up to four hours per shift.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, and frequently lifting items weighing as much as 50 pounds.
• Use hands and coordination skills to grasp objects and operate necessary tools and equipment.

Additional Information

• Possession of a valid Florida State "D" driver's license is mandatory.
• Schedule involves a five-day workweek.
• Employees are eligible for paid vacation: one week after their first year, two weeks after two years, and three weeks after ten years of service.
• Medical and dental insurance plans are offered.
• 401(k) retirement plan enrollment is available immediately for those aged 21 or older.
