Role Overview
We are seeking a Wellbeing Lead committed to enhancing employee wellbeing by leading impactful wellbeing programs across the organization. In close collaboration with the Health & Safety Lead, you will advance a proactive and evidence-based strategy supporting healthy behaviors, psychological safety, resilience, and sustainable employee performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the wellbeing strategy and program roadmap to translate activities into organizational impact.
- Manage and evolve the Personify Health program, including engagement, communication, governance, reporting, and vendor relations.
- Collaborate with Health & Safety Lead to promote psychosocial safety, healthy work design, prevention, and integrated health and safety outcomes.
- Oversee partnerships related to wellbeing services such as Employee Assistance Programs, vendors, vaccination initiatives, and external specialists.
- Analyze wellbeing data, survey results, utilization trends, and employee feedback to identify opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
- Support leadership and wellbeing champions to enhance capabilities and embed wellbeing practices company-wide.
- Handle wellbeing casework, offering advice on appropriate support pathways as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in workplace wellbeing, psychosocial wellbeing, mental health, healthy work design, or similar fields.
- Strong skills in program management with the ability to develop, implement, and integrate wellbeing initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with wellbeing providers, vendors, and internal teams to achieve welfare outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, comfortable engaging with senior leaders and subject experts.
- Data-driven approach to translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Discretion and sound judgement in managing sensitive wellbeing cases.
- Experience in contact center, customer service, or large corporate settings is highly preferred.
