  • Establish and nurture trusted relationships with senior executives and decision-makers at multiple levels within client organisations.
  • Lead contract renewals, presentations, and engagement activities with important stakeholders.
  • Spot opportunities for increasing market share while monitoring risks and competitor movements within the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer experiences and promote wellbeing-focused initiatives.
  • Contribute to new business development by preparing persuasive proposals, responding to tenders, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Candidate Profile

  • Extensive experience in Key Account Management, preferably in health insurance, employee benefits, financial services, or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in cultivating and sustaining strategic relationships with senior leadership.
  • Strong commercial insight with capabilities in senior-level negotiation and influence.
  • Proven ability to manage complex corporate clients while consistently meeting growth and retention goals.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strategic thinker with flexibility and a cooperative working style.
  • Health sector or employee benefits experience is advantageous.

Our Values and Culture

We embrace values of wholehearted commitment (Ngākau nui), safety and wellbeing (Āhurutanga), and principled conduct (Tikanga). Our workplace culture is inclusive, diverse, and committed to supporting our people, aligning with a purpose-driven ethos where authentic connection is paramount.

Employee Benefits

  • Five days of wellbeing leave annually (pro-rated for part-time employees).
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage for employees and their immediate family.
  • Life insurance and discounts on pet and travel insurance products.
  • Additional parental leave entitlements and support for financial wellbeing.
  • Access to an employee wellbeing program.
  • Flexible work-life balance with a hybrid workplace environment.
  • One annual volunteer day to support causes or communities with your team.
