Job description
Position Overview
We seek an enthusiastic Wellbeing Coordinator to join Cedar Care in Bristol. This full-time role involves leading a team to manage food and beverage services, organizing group activities, and facilitating community events both within the care home and externally. This opportunity suits individuals passionate about hospitality, wellbeing, and making a meaningful difference in a care environment.
Work Schedule
- 38 hours per week with occasional weekend shifts
- Four-day work week structure
- Daily shift from 8 AM to 6 PM
Candidate Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in hospitality or event coordination
- Background in customer service
- Familiarity with creative arts and/or psychology
- Proven management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated creativity, enthusiasm, patience, and empathy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Self-motivated with strong initiative
