Position Overview
Two Maids is actively seeking motivated individuals for immediate hiring as full-time House Cleaners. This opportunity offers a family-friendly workplace with weekday shifts only, no nights, weekends, or holidays required. Hourly compensation ranges from $15 to $20, with additional tips and weekly bonuses.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning services including routine weekly maintenance and comprehensive deep cleanings.
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.
- Operate efficiently within scheduled routes Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM until completion of assigned cleaning duties.
Candidate Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for job-related travel.
- Strong work ethic and passion for customer service.
- Detail-oriented mindset where nothing is overlooked.
- Aspirations for growth and leadership within the company.
- Experience in related fields such as home health aide, caregiving, hospitality, carpet cleaning, general labor, waiting tables, or hotel housekeeping is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
- Average hourly wage of $15 to $20 plus tips.
