About the Role
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as professional house cleaners. This opportunity features weekday shifts with no work required during nights, weekends, or holidays. You will be engaged in residential cleaning tasks ranging from routine upkeep to thorough deep cleans.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning services at residential properties efficiently and to high standards.
- Use supplied equipment and materials to complete cleaning assignments for clients on your route.
- Maintain attention to detail ensuring no spots are missed.
- Demonstrate a positive work ethic and customer service orientation.
- Contribute to a supportive team environment and provide exceptional service.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, approximately 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM or until route completion.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for commuting.
- Strong diligence with a keen eye for detail.
- Motivated individuals with aspirations for growth and leadership roles encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in roles such as home health aide, caretaker, hospitality, carpet cleaning, general labor, waiter, or hotel housekeeping is advantageous but not mandatory.
