Overview
Two Maids is actively recruiting full-time house cleaners for weekday shifts in Eureka, MO. This role offers an opportunity to work within a family-oriented environment, with no night, weekend, or holiday shifts. The position includes paid time off after six months, employer-sponsored dental, vision, and insurance benefits, mileage reimbursement, and weekly bonus opportunities.
Key Responsibilities and Work Conditions
- Perform residential cleaning tasks ranging from regular weekly maintenance to thorough deep cleaning of homes.
- Commit to working Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM until work on the route is completed.
- Consistently maintain a high standard of cleanliness, paying close attention to detail.
- Use employer-provided cleaning supplies and equipment effectively.
- Contribute to the company’s community outreach through participation in initiatives such as "Cleaning for A Reason," providing assistance to cancer patients.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle is mandatory.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and enjoy delivering customer service.
- Exhibit a meticulous eye for detail to ensure thorough cleaning.
- Interest in growth opportunities and leadership within the company.
- Relevant experience such as home health aide, caretaker, hospitality, carpet cleaning, general labor, waiting tables, or hotel housekeeping is favored.
