Overview

LIVXS seeks a talented Wedding Video Editor based in Gurgaon to craft captivating and emotionally resonant wedding films, highlight reels, teasers, and social media content from raw footage. This full-time role focuses on transforming wedding videos into cinematic stories suited for various platforms.

Primary Responsibilities

• Edit full-length cinematic wedding videos as well as highlights and promotional teasers.
• Curate the best footage and develop a compelling narrative flow.
• Align video clips precisely with music, dialogue, and other audio elements.
• Apply colour correction and perform foundational colour grading.
• Incorporate transitions, sound effects, titles, and basic motion graphics.
• Create visually engaging Instagram Reels and other short-format wedding content.
• Maintain organized backups and manage project files systematically.
• Integrate feedback accurately, execute revisions, and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate effectively with photography, videography, and creative teams.

Key Qualifications

• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with DaVinci Resolve or After Effects is beneficial.
• Strong grasp of storytelling techniques tailored to weddings, including pacing and music choice.
• Experience in colour grading and sound design principles.
• Capable of producing modern, cinematic edits optimized for social media sharing.
• Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating wedding video editing expertise is mandatory.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Possesses 1–3 years’ video editing experience, preferably with wedding films.
• Familiar with trends in Indian wedding cinematography and social media reels.
• Can work independently and within a collaborative creative environment.

Compensation Details

The salary range offered is ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month and will be determined based on experience, skill level, and portfolio quality.
