Role Overview

The company is currently seeking to fill more than 20 Video Editor positions based in Gurugram, Haryana. The compensation ranges from ₹600000 to ₹2400000 annually, depending on skill set and experience. Candidates across all levels—from freshers to senior editors including heads of editing—are invited to apply.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Demonstrate strong proficiency in video editing using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Create motion graphics and perform colour grading to enhance video content.
• Exhibit sound creative decision-making abilities and solid editing fundamentals rather than relying solely on presets, templates, plugins, or AI tools.
• Understand and implement storytelling techniques, pacing, timing, sound design, and visuals effectively to maximize viewer retention and engagement.
• Actively review and analyze content trends to discern why certain videos attract more viewership.

Selection Process

Applicants will be evaluated through an editing assignment designed to test their fundamental skills, creative taste, and understanding of effective editing.
