About the Role
Join HSBC as a Wealth Manager and play a crucial role in assisting a global clientele that ranges from retail clients to ultra-high-net-worth individuals. HSBC's International Wealth and Premier Banking division supports over 41 million customers worldwide, helping them manage, protect, and grow their wealth through borderless banking and advanced mobile-first technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote HSBC Premier propositions to customers, deepening relationships and encouraging upgrades to Premier Banking.
- Use a needs-based consultative approach to provide tailored financial advice aligned with clients' financial goals and broader banking needs.
- Develop and execute wealth preservation and accumulation strategies using investment and insurance products.
- Strengthen customer relationships by managing queries, addressing feedback and complaints within defined Service Level Agreements.
- Proactively contact assigned customers to maintain engagement and foster loyalty.
- Ensure all sales and operational transactions are completed promptly and accurately, adhering to compliance and audit guidelines.
- Assess risks thoughtfully in all business decisions to protect the bank’s reputation and assets, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and uphold ethical standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree qualification coupled with relevant customer service experience.
- Open to new graduates; sales experience will be viewed favorably.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with adaptability and eagerness to learn.
- Strong motivation to achieve excellence in both sales and customer service within a fast-paced environment.
