About the Role
We are seeking skilled Waterproofing Site Engineers to join our projects across the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will apply their hands-on experience in waterproofing to oversee site execution and ensure high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct waterproofing operations on site to ensure adherence to planned standards.
- Maintain high quality workmanship and follow approved waterproofing methods diligently.
- Collaborate with site teams, contractors, and clients for smooth project progress.
- Track usage of materials, monitor site advancement, and uphold work quality controls.
- Detect and troubleshoot waterproofing challenges encountered at the site level.
- Prepare and maintain essential reports, site measurements, and progress documentation.
- Take full responsibility for meeting deadlines and delivering quality outcomes on time.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior hands-on experience in waterproofing techniques is preferred.
- Possession of a two-wheeler or bike is mandatory for site commuting.
- Strong practical knowledge of waterproofing processes and site management capabilities.
- Ability to independently oversee and manage assigned project tasks effectively.
Compensation
Monthly remuneration ranges between ₹30,000 and ₹40,000, dependent upon experience and competency.
Additional Information
This position requires the candidate to be located in Delhi NCR and able to visit multiple sites using their own two-wheeler or bike. The role demands accountability for timely, quality delivery and effective coordination with multiple stakeholders.
