Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Manager / Project Manager specializing in civil projects based in Delhi-NCR. The role emphasizes handling diverse projects such as industrial buildings, factories, commercial, and residential structures.

Core Skills and Expertise

• Deep understanding of RCC structures, foundations, masonry, and finishing phases.
• Expertise in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimation, billing processes, and performing rate analysis.
• Proficient in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) coordination along with interpreting complex technical drawings.
• Effective contractor and vendor oversight and management.
• Managing procurement activities and material coordination comprehensively.
• Strong skills in site supervision and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Autonomously manage and supervise the full scope of construction projects including site execution and coordination with contractors and vendors.
• Ensure seamless daily operations and material availability at project sites.
• Maintain project quality standards while adhering to deadlines.
• Provide regular updates and report progress directly to the project Owner.
