Warehouse Supervisor

Role Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to efficiently manage and oversee the processing and dispatch of customer orders, inventory organization, and warehouse operations at House of Zeal Private Limited.

Primary Responsibilities

• Process and prepare customer orders accurately to ensure timely dispatch.
• Select products from inventory in accordance with order details.
• Securely pack items to guarantee safe shipment delivery.
• Verify product type and quantities before packing.
• Generate and affix shipping labels, invoices, and necessary documentation.
• Maintain systematic organization of warehouse inventory.
• Support periodic stock monitoring and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Record stock movements and order details precisely.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse and packing areas.
• Receive new stock deliveries and arrange products appropriately.
• Assist with the physical loading and unloading of goods as required.
• Coordinate seamlessly with courier and logistics partners for pickups and dispatch schedules.
• Perform essential computer-based tasks related to order management, inventory tracking, and data entry.
• Carry out other operational duties necessary for smooth warehouse function.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic proficiency in computer usage is essential.
• Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets is desirable.
• Possession of a valid driving capability.
• Willingness and physical ability to handle manual tasks including loading and unloading.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment requiring physical activity.
• Demonstrate responsibility, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Focus on detail during packing and order processing tasks.
• Capacity to follow instructions and work autonomously or collaboratively.
• Fresh graduates or entrants to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in warehousing, packing, e-commerce, or order processing is advantageous but not mandatory.
