Work Schedule

This role operates on a Thursday to Saturday night shift, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage receipt of all deliveries on site, ensuring proper booking following relevant procedures.
• Utilize computerized stock management systems proficiently to track inventory.
• Monitor the supply levels of consumables and initiate replenishment orders when necessary.
• Prepare all necessary materials required for production processes.
• Calculate foil needs for new orders and process orders as required.
• Transport goods between sites using company vehicles as needed.
• Coordinate and oversee the coding of cartons for production batches.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers about deliveries, shortages, and related concerns.
• Prepare and quantify materials returned from production for dispatch back to customers.
• Organize pallets of finished products according to customer specifications for shipment.
• Maintain accurate records including goods in/out logs and stock control cards, submitting these to Quality Assurance (QA) upon completion.
• Adhere to established procedures related to warehouse operations and engage in retraining as required.
• Collaborate effectively with all departments to ensure timely availability of batches for production and trials.
• Follow safe work practices consistently and report any safety issues immediately to the Safety Officer.
• Operate forklifts safely and participate in additional training when necessary.
• Ensure all activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
• Report deviations and non-conformances promptly to the QA Manager.
• Work flexibly across other manufacturing plants as required.
• Optimize rack utilization in the warehouse for maximum efficiency.
• Maintain the exterior areas of the building to appropriate standards.
• Be trained and certified on the high bay reach truck.
• Perform various other tasks as demanded to support the company’s overall objectives.
