Warehouse Operator (5.5 Days/Office Hours)

Primary Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, store, pick, and issue materials prioritizing orders appropriately.
• Transfer stocks or materials to and from storage areas efficiently.
• Handle, sort, and verify stock by comparing physical inventory with documentation.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and manage receipt of indirect materials for end users.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse and production storage areas.
• Ensure proper upkeep and functioning of materials handling equipment.
• Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures and warehouse health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate across various warehouse functions to enhance operational effectiveness.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education: ‘O’ Level / N-Level / Nitec qualification; Diploma is advantageous.
• Physically able, capable of lifting weights between 15-25 kg.
• Holding a forklift license is a plus; familiarity with reach truck and pallet jack operation preferred.
• Willing to support Aircraft on Ground (AOG) services as needed.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Prior relevant hands-on experience is beneficial.
• Comfortable managing multiple systems and processes linked to various distribution channels.
• Must demonstrate a service-oriented attitude, multitasking ability, attention to detail, neatness, and teamwork capabilities.

Additional Information
